Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving the growth of our AI services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AI technologies, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and understand their AI needs and challenges.
  • Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels, including networking, industry events, social media, and partnerships.
  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business objectives and aligning our AI solutions to meet their needs.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our market presence.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare compelling proposals and presentations, effectively communicating the value and benefits of our AI services.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts and agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and product teams to tailor solutions that address client-specific requirements.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasted revenue to the senior management team.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the technology sector. Experience with AI services is highly desirable.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of AI technologies and their business applications.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing business opportunities.
