Written response

You receive a direct email response signed by the engineer who reviewed your inquiry. Substantive, not templated. It addresses your specific use case, flags any technical considerations we think you should know upfront, and proposes a clear next step — usually a discovery call, occasionally a written follow-up.

Discovery call

If the written response leads to a call, we send a calendar link. 30 minutes, free, no pitch deck, no sales engineering layer. Mitesh personally runs the call for engagements above a certain threshold; otherwise the senior engineer who would be on your project takes it.
